The City of Watsonville is considering changes to its camping ordinance, Tania Ortiz reports, including possible โ€œno encampment zonesโ€ in areas like the Struve Slough, the Pajaro River levee and other public spaces around the city. The council will discuss the potential changes at its meeting this evening.
