Property code violations

County officials cite property owners for issues such as substandard housing, illegal uses of buildings, property maintenance, abandoned appliances or furniture, construction without permits, and other issues that affect public safety and quality of life.

  • A code violation first cited on April 28, for the property at 312 Pineridge Rd., Bonny Doon, has been addressed. The original citation (case number NV25366) involved multiple unpermitted construction activities, including the construction of an accessory structure (garage) and a front yard carport, as well as the enclosure of the rear porch. These structures were also found to have electrical connections installed without the necessary permits or authorization. The county has confirmed that corrective actions have been taken and is currently monitoring the property to ensure ongoing compliance with all building and electrical codes.
