One ADU is located in rear yard and includes new stairs, decks, and utility connections, all completed without the required permits. The second ADU is situated below the main single-family dwelling (SFD) and was also created without proper authorization. The notice cites both the unpermitted creation of these ADUs and the associated construction work as violations of local building codes.
