Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • Rocks were reported in the southbound lanes at the intersection of La Madrona Dr and Silverwood Dr at 6:55 a.m. today.
      
  • CHP helped Caltrans with maintenance work at the intersection of Highway 1 and Trafton Road in the Watsonville/Pajaro area today.
     
  • A traffic hazard was reported at 5:59 a.m. today on southbound Highway 9 near Saw Mill Road, between milepost markers 22 and 23 in San Lorenzo Valley. The hazard was blocking the southbound lanes.
     
  • Northbound Highway 1 at Route 152 in Watsonville / Pajaro is facing closures because of road work by Gore Paving. The closure is expected to end at 5:59 a.m. today.
      
  • A lane on southbound Highway 1 at Airport Blvd. in Watsonville / Pajaro is closed for guardrail work. The closure is expected to end at 5:59 a.m. today.
     
  • Southbound Highway 1 in Aptos is facing closures for paving work. The closure is expected to end at 5:59 a.m. today.
      
  • There is one-way traffic control on Highway 9 at 13.4 Bear Creek Road in San Lorenzo Valley because of work being done. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. today.
     
  • A lane on Highway 9 at Glen Arbor Road (Upper) in San Lorenzo Valley is closed for ramp reconstruction. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. today.
     
  • A lane is closed in both directions on Highway 9 at Main Street in San Lorenzo Valley because of ramp reconstruction. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. today.
