An outage just west of Aptos Village Park took out power for around a couple hundred customers Wednesday morning

PG&E spokesperson Stephanie Magallon told Lookout that at about 7 a.m., crews responded to an outage in the Aptos area affecting around 200 customers. By 11 a.m., PG&E’s outage map showed that 158 customers remained out of power.

The cause of the outage is under investigation, but has not yet been determined. As of late Wednesday morning, the estimated time of restoration is 2:15 a.m. Thursday.
