Property code violations

County officials cite property owners for issues such as substandard housing, illegal uses of buildings, property maintenance, abandoned appliances or furniture, construction without permits, and other issues that affect public safety and quality of life.

  • A code violation notice been issued for the property at 15 Hawthorne Ave., Watsonville 95076-111, according to case number NV25351. The citation is related to neglected property conditions, specifically the presence of 10 or more vehicles on the property. This situation indicates violations of property maintenance standards, including the accumulation of inoperative or unregistered vehicles and potentially issues with trash or debris, which are common concerns for neglected properties.
