Long-term projects

These have been going on for a while, but are still worth keeping in mind.

  • Richmond Drive at Portola Drive and 24th Avenue in Twin Lakes is closed because of ongoing project work. The road will stay closed until October 31 due to unexpected conditions that are causing delays.

  • Highway 1 will have lane and ramp closures for ongoing drainage improvement work from the Trafton Road Undercrossing in Monterey County to one mile north of Larkin Valley Road in Santa Cruz County. The project includes widening the road and installing new drainage systems.

  • PG&E has started construction to replace a gas main in the Arroyo and Jolon Drive neighborhood off Green Valley Road in Corralitos / Freedom. There is a soft closure in the area, and work is expected to continue through November 25.
