Property development
- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently accepting public comments on a zoning application for a project at 3740 Hardin Way in Soquel, but will stop accepting comments after November 13. The proposed project involves reconstructing approximately 105 feet of retaining wall, up to 8.5 feet high, within the front and side yard setbacks. Part of the new retaining wall will be located within a private right-of-way and on a neighboring property to the north. An Administrative Site Development Permit is required for this work. Residents who wish to provide input or express concerns about the project must submit their comments before the November 13 deadline. (view application)
