At Lookout’s first forum of the season Thursday evening, 75 Santa Cruzans packed a room at the Hotel Paradox to see mayoral candidates Fred Keeley and Joy Schendledecker and county supervisor candidates Justin Cummings and Shebreh Kalantari-Johnson face off.
