Property development
- A permit application has been filed for a project at 219 SPRECKELS Drive in Aptos, proposing to remodel and expand the existing residence and construct a detached garage on the property. – The southbound Highway 1 off-ramp at Park Avenue in Santa Cruz County will be closed on Tuesday, December 9, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for soundwall construction.
– A long-term lane closure continues on Highway 9 between Lorenzo Ave and Prospect Ave, about .9 miles south of the Route 236 junction in Santa Cruz County, for retaining wall and drainage replacement.
