Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region
- South Highway 1 at Park Avenue in Capitola is facing closures for roadway excavation. The closure is expected to end on Aug. 19.
- The California Highway Patrol is helping with construction on Highway 1 north at Airport Boulevard in Watsonville. The #3 lane will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today for construction work.
