Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- A semi-truck trailer loaded with cardboard was reported smoking and possibly on fire on SR-1 North near State Park at 5:51 a.m. today. The State Park offramp was closed, and the fire department was on the way. Caltrans was notified for a temporary closure and cleanup.
- Long-term projects: Aptos Village Way between Aptos Creek Road and Parade Street in Aptos is fully closed for construction work, including building, drainage, and sidewalk construction.
A single lane on Soquel Drive, from Soquel Avenue to State Park Drive, is closed for the Buffered Bike Lane & Congestion Mitigation Project from November 14 through December 31, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
