- The property at 48 Lupine Ln, Santa Cruz 95065, which was first cited for building code violations on February 1, 2023, under case number NV24849, has now addressed the issues. The violations involved grading a pathway across slopes greater than 30% without the necessary permits, resulting in a stopwork notice. To rectify these violations, a permit application (B-233508) was submitted, proposing the construction of a decomposed granite pathway with retaining wall structures, removal of unpermitted fill, relocation of an existing level spreader, and the implementation of erosion control measures and drainage mitigations. The county is currently monitoring compliance to ensure all corrective actions are properly executed.
