Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • A traffic collision happened at 6:10 a.m. today on Highway 1 Northbound at Salinas Rd in the Watsonville / Pajaro area. A vehicle was found with its flashers on and both doors open, but no one was around and no injuries were found at the scene.
     
  • Northbound Highway 9 at Prospect Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley is under one-way traffic control for emergency work. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. on December 5.
     

No crimes to report today

We checked with local police and there were no new incidents to report.
