Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • Northbound Highway 9 at Prospect Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley is under one-way traffic control for emergency work. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. on 5.
     
  • Long-term projects: PG&E is working on a gas main replacement in the Arroyo and Jolon Drive neighborhood off Green Valley Road. The area will have limited access while construction continues through today.

  • A new business named ISABELLA’S KITCHEN was registered at 136 Pajaro Ln Apt 102, Freedom CA 95019 on November 17. The business was registered by Isabel Zamora Contreras as an individual business.
     

Restaurant inspections

  • Police found ammunition during a probation check, leading to a probation violation for having ammunition. The incident happened near the 800 Block of Casserly Dr, Watsonville, at 5 p.m. on November 21. (source)
