Property development

  • A permit application has been submitted for a new construction project at 420 SUNLIT Ln, Bonny Doon, CA 95060-9302. The proposal outlines plans to build a 3,000 square-foot accessory structure on a property that currently hosts a single-family home. Importantly, this new structure is not intended for residential use. The site is located on the northern side of Sunlit Lane, approximately half a mile west of the intersection with Empire Grade. To proceed, the project requires an Administrative Site Development Permit, ensuring that it meets local zoning and land use regulations. (view details)

Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region
