Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region
- There will be alternating lane closures on Highway 9 at Pool Drive in Boulder Creek because of bridge work. This is scheduled to continue until April 30, 2027.
- Highway 9 at Cascade Avenue in Brookdale has one-way traffic due to ongoing work. This closure is expected to last until Aug. 31.
- A lane on Highway 17 at Beulah Park Drive/La Madrona Drive south of Scotts Valley is closed for utility work. The closure is expected to end on June 8.

The approved project will allow the operation of a new two-bedroom vacation rental within an existing single-family home, offering overnight stays of up to 30 days at a time.
