The situation involved several offenses, such as blocking a public officer, making loud and disruptive noise, having and selling illegal drugs, entering a public business property without permission, and physical assault. Someone was caught with illegal drugs while also having a loaded gun that they could use. Additionally, this person had a history of criminal behavior, including previous convictions, and was involved in helping someone else commit a crime.
