Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on June 25

  • A three-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of Werner Rd and Crg12 in Watsonville/Pajaro. Initially, it was unclear if there were any injuries, but emergency services were called to the scene. The vehicles involved were a gray Mazda and a Toyota 4Runner. All occupants were out of their vehicles, and there was a suggestion to move the vehicles off the road if possible. Emergency equipment was notified as a precaution. The incident was reported today.

Long-term projects

These have been going on for a while, but are still worth keeping in mind.

  • A single lane on Sims Road in Scotts Valley, from Brook Knoll Road to 600 La Madrona Drive, is closed for a pipeline project. The closure is in effect daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with traffic control measures in place.
     
  • Richmond Drive and Portola Drive at 24th Avenue will have traffic delays and lane closures due to the Rodeo pump station capacity upgrade project. Construction is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with specific work on April 12-13 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., weather permitting.
