Santa Cruz County Parks is holding a free Winter Wonderland celebration at Simpkins Family Swim Center on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 979 17th Ave. in Live Oak.
This year’s event features a holiday market with more than 20 local craft vendors, live entertainment, festive decorations and free recreational swimming for all ages.
The parks department recreation team will also host “Breakfast with Santa” on the same day, offering a pancake breakfast to families. Choose from two seatings: 9 to 9:45 a.m. or 10:15 to 11 a.m. The breakfast cost $15 for those aged 13 and up and $7 for those 12 and under.
