  • The code violation case **NV25359** for the property at 125 W. Hill Rd., Felton, first cited on April 8, has now been addressed. The violations included an unpermitted basement conversion to habitable space with utility connections, as well as the construction of an unpermitted deck and stairs—both completed without the required county permits or inspections.
