On Saturday, Farm Discovery at Live Earth invites friends to celebrate Galentine’s Day at the Watsonville farm. From 10 a.m. to noon, guests will craft dried flower wreaths and make Valentine cards. Proceeds benefit this local nonprofit organization, which supports sustainable agriculture and education. Tickets are $55 per person.
On Sunday, join Companion Bakeshop at its Westside Santa Cruz location for Valentine’s Community Day from 9 to 11 a.m. Kids are welcome to help decorate cookies and get creative at a complimentary Valentine’s craft table. No sign-ups necessary. Cookies are $3.50 each or $18 for six.
