- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently reviewing a zoning application for a project at 555 Pineridge Road. The proposal includes an 802 square-foot addition to an existing two-story single-family home and the construction of a new 998 square-foot detached garage. This project requires a Coastal Development Permit and an Archeology Report Review. The property is situated on the southern side of Pineridge Road, approximately 800 feet west of the intersection with Pinehill Drive.
