Property development
- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently accepting public comments on a zoning application for a project at 1753 Branciforte Drive in the Carbonera Planning Area. The proposal seeks to renew a permit for a one-bedroom vacation rental in an existing single-family home, which allows overnight stays of up to 30 days at a time. If approved, the renewal would extend the permit expiration date from December 15, to December 15, 203. Residents who wish to provide input must submit their comments before the public comment period closes on October 20. (view application)
