The violation involved an oversized and over height accessory structure in the rear yard, which exceeded the size and/or height limits permitted by local building or zoning codes. The county had issued a formal “Notice and Order” to the property owner, requiring corrective action. With the case now closed, the property owner has been assessed fees that must be paid to the county as part of the resolution process.
