Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region
- There are alternating lane closures on both northbound and southbound Highway 9 at Pool Drive because of bridge work. This will continue until April 30, 2027.

The project calls for the construction of retaining walls ranging from 3 to 9 feet in height to support new driveway access, along with grading and installation of drainage improvements. Plans include building an over-height fence, which requires a Site Development Permit, and conducting earthwork involving approximately 60 cubic yards of cut and 48 cubic yards of fill. Stormwater management features such as catch basins, concrete swales, and rock-lined drainage channels will be installed, along with erosion control measures. The retaining walls will use steel soldier piles with wood or concrete lagging and will incorporate subdrain systems to manage water. The project is designed to comply with all relevant building, fire, and environmental codes, and will implement best management practices for stormwater, erosion, and construction site management.
