On Saturday, celebrate Día de Los Muertos with a Day of the Dead Gathering & Dinner at Mariquita Farm in Watsonville with Jack O’Neill Restaurant. The restaurant at the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz is going off-site to prepare this holiday meal at one of its favorite local farms, surrounded by marigolds. The multicourse feast includes eloté corn, nopales with red quinoa and winter squash, mushroom and tomatillo tamales, and roasted chicken with mole negro. The menu has options for different dietary restrictions, and can be viewed here. Tickets are $100 per person.
