A gathering Tuesday will celebrate a long-awaited renovation of the Capitola Community Center, which has stood for more than 40 years as a local gathering spot in the heart of Jade Street Park. The renovation will address aging infrastructure, improving accessibility, energy efficiency, restroom facilities, and customer service areas.
