Overnight lane closures on Highway 17 north of Scotts Valley begin Sunday
Travelers on both northbound and southbound Highway 17 between Vine Hill Road and Sugarloaf Road will find shoulder work and possible closure of the right lane during overnight work to upgrade the electrical systems. Road work will take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sunday through Tuesday.
