Property code violations

County officials cite property owners for issues such as substandard housing, illegal uses of buildings, property maintenance, abandoned appliances or furniture, construction without permits, and other issues that affect public safety and quality of life.

  • A “Notice and Order” has been issued for the property at 1700 Granite Creek Rd., Santa Cruz, following the processing of case number NV25405 on Sept. 15. The violation cited involves the operation of an unpermitted event venue, meaning the property was being used to host events without securing the required permits or approvals as mandated by Santa Cruz County regulations.

No crimes to report today
